  • icon OPERATION

    • After having determined the height of the big bag to be used, the user then hangs the straps of the big bag at the top four corners of the machine.
    • A pallet is placed underneath the big bag to be able to remove it once it is full.
    • The materials to be compacted are conveyed towards the upper part of the big bag continuously or dis-continuously.
    • Compacting and spreading of the material may be facilitated under pressure by the left and right rotating movement of a special steel roll. The roll can also be driven by a user-definable up/down movement. The parameters of the compacting can be easily adjusted according to the type of material and upon the customer’s request.
    • Once the big bag is full, the compacting roll will automatically return upwards to its resting position.
    • The feeding of the material can be controlled by the compacting unit.
    • The user then removes the big bag with a pallet jack or a fork-lift.
    •
